Dear Residents, Business Owners, and Community Members,

As the President of the Federal Way Police Officers' Guild, and on behalf of our entire membership, I would like to thank you for your continued support. Our mission is to provide members of the Federal Way Police Officers' Guild and their families with the highest quality services in an efficient and courteous manner while working to enhance working conditions, compensation, and overall quality of life through thoughtful planning and visionary leadership.

In this fast-paced and technologically advanced age, we strive to create an atmosphere of transparency and open communication that fosters a stronger relationship between our organization and the entire community. One way we are working toward this goal is through the creation of this new interactive website. In the coming months, we will continue to introduce additional improvements and initiatives to further strengthen this connection. By engaging in community outreach programs and supporting those who share our values, we believe we can make a meaningful and positive difference in the lives of those who need it most.

The Federal Way Police Officers' Guild consists of 102 sworn officers who have taken an oath to uphold the law and protect our citizens. These dedicated professionals represent the finest qualities of our community. Every day, we work diligently to help build a safe and prosperous environment for everyone—especially our children. We are proud to support many community, regional, state, and national charitable organizations through our involvement and contributions. Programs such as Special Olympics, Shop with a Cop, and Federal Way Adopt-A-Family are just a few examples of the initiatives that reflect our commitment to building a better community for all.
